Coach Shae, as she is affectionately known, is the Head Coach of the Chicagoland Allstar Cheerleaders and President of Chicagoland Allstar Athletics. It is her vision that shapes the path of the organization. A background diverse in athletics including basketball, track, cheerleading, and gymnastics, Coach Shae understands the importance of sports on the physical as well as personal development of today’s youth. In addition to her personal experiences as a young adult, she has spent the past 15 years teaching all ages the skills of gymnastics, cheer, and dance throughout Illinois and Iowa.
In 2003, Coach Shae founded the non-profit organization Chicagoland Allstar Cheerleaders as a competitive athletic organization dedicated to providing the youth of the Chicagoland area with a safe, positive, and nurturing environment to grow and develop physically. In 2007, the organization changed its name to Chicagoland Allstar Athletics as Coach Shae’s ultimate vision includes other competitive athletic teams. Coach Shae has a BA in Science with a major in athletic training as well as a MBA from National-Louis University.

Coach Kae is the coach and driving force of the junior team. She is responsible for developing routines, promoting a positive attitude, and bringing out the best in the young people she coaches. Teamwork is a major focus with Coach Kae as well as leadership. She knows that these elements will not only guide the team to success but also provide a strong foundation for individual success long after the children have left the organization. No stranger to hard work, Coach Kae has worked her way through the ranks at UPS from part-time package handler to Human Resource Specialists and Staff Recruiter through her dedication and leadership abilities. Under the guidance of Coach Shae, she is translating her skills to Chicagoland Allstar Athletics helping bring the vision of the organization into focus. Coach Kae has a BA in Sociology from Chicago State University and is the treasurer for Chicagoland Athletics.

Coach Doni is the coach of the Pee Wee team. She has complete control over all aspects of the team from routine development to individual development. Coach Doni is a veteran cheerleader who began training in the sport under the direct instruction of her sister Coach Shae as soon as she was able to walk and do a forward roll.
Coach Doni has been a part of many winning teams as well as individual championships so she knows what it takes to be successful. In addition, to cheerleading she is currently a gymnastics coach at Gainers Gymnastics in South Chicago Heights. Coach Doni brings all her experience and passion to the Pee Wee team, starting the youngest of the organization out on the road of hard work and success.
